Enhance Your Clipboard
At http://tombuntu.com/index.php/2008/10/22/enhance-your-clipboard-with-a-clipboard-manager/ you can find a nice post on enhancing the capabilities of your clipboard. SummaryFirst, install Glipper: sudo apt-get install glipper
Then you can add it as a Gnome applet. It's a good idea to turn off the "Select clipboard" in Glipper’s options. Bug?For some reason, when I log in in my Gnome session, an alert window keeps me telling that there is a problem with Glipper and it has to be shut down :( However, when I add it to the panel, it works fine. |
