Calling a C function from D

Here is an example how to call C's printf() function from D.

Normally we don't need it since D has higher-level solutions for the same task (e.g. writeln()). This is just a demonstration how easy it is to call a C function.

Compile and run:

$ dmd main.d
$ ./main
D Lang
